4.3 Currency. Unless otherwise specified, all transactions on 123jl are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). For USDT deposits, 123jl applies the prevailing exchange rate displayed at the time of the transaction. 123jl is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
4.4 Deposit Processing. 123jl processes GCash and PayMaya deposits in real time. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution and may take longer to reflect in your 123jl balance. 123jl is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to 123jl's anti-money laundering obligations. Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal will be processed.
5.2 Processing Times. 123jl endeavors to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval for KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the receiving institution's processing times and may take longer. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by volume, technical factors, or required additional verification.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 for peso-denominated channels. Minimum USDT withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of request.
5.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements. Withdrawal of any amounts attributable to Bonus Funds is subject to full satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements for that bonus. 13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account for cause (breach of these Terms & Conditions), all Bonus Funds, VIP points, and promotional credits are forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to the account holder at 123jl's discretion following satisfactory completion of any pending verification requirements, unless the balance is subject to a confiscation order or forfeiture under these terms.
